Used to open the
Properties dialog for selected sub-entity of a curtain wall.

When executed, the Modify Curtain Wall dialog opens. Based on
context of grip handle, the Properties dialog displays properties. Meaning,
when the selected sub-entity is panel the Modify dialog displays the properties
for catalog type Panel and for mullions, it displays properties for catalog
type Frame.
Note: The
Modify Properties tool on
Modify ribbon does the same.
